The 56th Zambia International Trade Fair (ZITF) was held in Ndola, Zambia from June 29th to July 5th 2022. It was suspended for two years due to coronavirus pandemic. The theme of the exhibition was “Promote Value Addition for Sustainable Growth”. Eng. Benard Chiwala, the Marketing Director of Camco Equipment (Zambia) Ltd., participated in the exhibition as the leader of team, in which Camco Motor also exhibited .
Zambia International Trade Fair started in 1956 and is the biggest trade and commercial exhibition in Zambia. The exhibition has built a platform for cross-border trade in product and service, attracting a large number of international manufacturers, dealers, freight agents, local government representatives, financial institutions, etc. to participate in the exhibition, with a view of developing new markets and deepening economic and trade ties.
Camco team won the best stand award in the Agriculture category. The Zambian army and government officials visited the Camco Zambia stand. Camco sales team explained the specifications and operation procedures of the equipment in detail, which enhanced the visitors’ understanding of the equipment and promoted mutual communication and cooperation.
Camco has operated in Africa for more than 20 years in the fields of agriculture, construction, heavy-duty and mining and generator. The cooperation with Chinese famous manufacturing enterprises such as Lovol and Hangcha has earned the trust and recognition of local customers in Zambia, Malawi, Cameroon, Kenya and Tanzania. It has contributed to promoting the export of Chinese equipment and the development of China-Africa trade.
