On 24th April, 2022, Mr. Li Tie, Chairman of CAMCO Group, Mr. Xu Jiadong, General Manager of Camco Equipment (Zambia) Ltd., Marketing Director Eng. Bernard Chiwala and mangement team received experts Mr.Josef Kienzle and Mr. Karim Houmy of Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations.
Mr. Li Tie, Chairman of CAMCO Group, accompanied experts from the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization, Mr. Josef Kienzle and Mr. Karim Houmy, visited and explained the various equipment, maintenance workshops, production workshops and spare parts warehouses. Mr. Li Tie, chairman of CAMCO Group, introduced the development history of CAMCO Group, put forward suggestions on the development of agricultural mechanization in Zambia, and conducted in-depth discussions with experts. Experts shared the experience and exploration of agricultural mechanization in other countries and praised the efforts made by Camco Equipment for the agricultural development of Zambia, including the attempt of Camco College to cultivate local young talents and provide agricultural equipment for local farmers. FAO experts stated that they hope Camco Equipment will continue to contribute to the sustainable development of agricultural mechanization in Zambia.
