Instructions for use:

The machine should be checked before using the mechanical transmission part is loose and other abnormal phenomenon, the machine running direction should be consistent with the direction of the arrow.
When in use, no-load test for 1-2 minutes, to be observed no abnormal phenomenon can feed, feed should flow increases gradually, and observe the motor power supply and operation conditions, the feeding and power balance in normal operation, fixed die cutting plate, work. – such as the material is too wet, sticky knot too big, effect of powder, should be the material drying or replace the sieve plate thick. Change the screen plate only the front cover can be opened, the installation should pay attention to both sides of the front cover handwheel consistent tightness, the front cover and the casing seal.
Before the machine is shut down, you should stop feeding and make the machine running 2-3 minutes and then stop, in order to reduce the residual material.

Maintenance and repair:

Regularly check the bearing, replace the high-speed butter, in order to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
