1.Submersible electric pump is composed of five parts: water pump, motor, water line, waterproof cable and control switch.Water pump belongs to single suction multistage centrifugal pump.
2.Submersible motor adopts YQS type waterfllled wet structure,the chamber full of clear water, mainly for cooling the motor and the bearing lubrication. During operation, as the temperature changing may cause the waterfilling volume to vary, a pressure regulator is equipped in the motor to allow the calibration.
3.For preventing the sand getting into the motor, a sand-preventing sealing mechanism consisting of a sand thrower and a mechanical sealis mounted on the upside motor, composing a sand preventing structure, the whole motor is well sealed by its sealing structure.
4.There are water injection hole and exhaust hole in the upper part of the motor and discharge hole in the lower part.
5.Thrust bearing and thrust collar are installed at the lower part of motor, mainly subjected to the axial force of the electric pump.
6.The winding of motor stator adopts water-proof electromagnetic wire with good insulating and water-proof functions and rotor adopts squirrel-cage structure.
After the pump is turned on, the impeller rotates at high speed, and the liquid in it rotates along with the blades. Under the action of centrifugal force, it flies away from the impeller and shoots out. The speed of the ejected liquid in the diffusion chamber of the pump casing gradually slows down, and the pressure gradually increases. Outlet, discharge pipe outflow. At this time, because the liquid at the center of the blade is thrown to the surroundings, a vacuum low-pressure area is formed that is neither air nor liquid. The liquid in the liquid pool flows into the pump through the suction pipe under the action of the atmospheric pressure of the pool surface. It is continuously sucked up from the liquid pool and continuously flows out from the discharge pipe.
